Our New Location — Effective October 1, 2026
Effective October 1, 2026, Kimberly Butler, PMHNP-BC, and Margaret Lang Smith, PA-C, CAQ-Psy, relocated their independent practices from Bend Psychiatry to Midtown Psychiatry Offices of Bend.
Both providers continue offering in-person and telehealth appointments at their new location.
Midtown Psychiatry Offices of Bend is a shared-office organization, not a group psychiatric practice. Each provider maintains an independent clinical practice.
Our shared administrative office assists with scheduling, messages, forms, and prescription refill requests. Clinical care and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of each patient's individual provider.
For emergencies, call 911, call or text 988 for a mental health crisis, or visit the nearest emergency department.
MEET RAM — OUR PATIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Meet Ram, our virtual Patient Services Coordinator. With a background in pharmacy and seven years of behavioral health experience, Ram provides administrative support for the independent practices at Midtown Psychiatry Offices of Bend.
Ram assists with phone calls, appointment scheduling, prescription refill requests, and general administrative questions. She also helps ensure messages reach the appropriate provider.
Live phone support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Ram can receive and route requests, but medical advice, medication changes, refill authorizations, and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of each patient's individual provider.
